Grievance Procedure
Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability may be sent to: info@shakespeare-at.org. Complaints should be sent as soon as possible after the incident but no later than 30 calendar days after the alleged violation. The ADA Coordinator will contact the complainant within 10 business days after receiving the complaint in order to discuss possible resolutions. After discussion, the Artistic Director, or their designee, will respond in writing (or if appropriate, in a format accessible to the complainant) within 10 business days with a final resolution of the complaint, explaining the position of Shakespeare@ and offering options for substantive resolution.
